As an employee of GE capital for over 15 years, she gained experience in writing insurance policies, facilitative leadership, and is a six-sigma black belt. For the past 13 years she served as SVP for a national TPA leading the public entity segment in delivering services that focused on saving clients on their overall cost of risk. Bettina currently serves as Managing Director for member services and operations at CharterSAFE. Bettina earned her BS degree in business administration and marketing at CSU Sacramento.
