Roll Forward, Transfer, and Refund Options

ROLL FORWARD: Registered conference attendees can roll their unused 2023 registration forward to the 2024 conference in Long Beach, CA. Email to request a roll forward prior to 12pm PST, March 16, 2023. Please note, a registration may only be rolled forward one time.

TRANSFER: Registered conference attendees can transfer their unused registration without penalty to another attendee. Email to request a transfer prior to 5pm PST, March 12, 2023.

REFUNDS: Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing to or faxed to (541) 346-3545. Cancellations must be received by the deadlines below to receive the following refunds:
