Virginia has nearly 20 years in education and a broad range of expertise in growing and developing charter schools in the areas of human resources, recruitment, performance management, budget, compensation, payroll, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and implementing systems to streamline processes. She has extensive experience collaborating with all stakeholders in promoting the school’s vision and mission. Virginia holds an M.B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Emory University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP). She’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a member and mentor for the National Black MBAA.
