The California Charter Schools Conference is the state’s premiere charter event and delivers four days of inspirational keynotes and critical sessions with turnkey tools and strategies for educators, school leaders, and advocates. Attending this conference will allow you to:

• stay informed with content on the latest charter school laws and education policy,
• learn about new trends in classroom management, curriculum, and teacher training,
• strengthen your board operations, strategic planning, and school quality, and
• build your “toolbox” to ensure the sustainability of your school.

Payment options

1. Pay online with a credit card.
2. Pay with a purchase order (PO). This can be done online or via mail. PO payment is not due until March 2027.
3. Pay via check – can only be done via mail.

Transfer and Refund Options

TRANSFER: Registered conference attendees can transfer their unused registration without penalty to another attendee. Email registration@ccsa.org to request a transfer prior to 5pm PST, March 8, 2027.

REFUNDS: Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing to or faxed to (541) 346-3545. Cancellations must be received by the deadlines below to receive the following refunds:

• $75 administrative fee if received by Back to School deadline
• 75% refund if received by Early Bird deadline
• No refunds after Early Bird deadline
