Karen Bianchini is the Managing Director of Risk Management at CharterSAFE. Karen joined the team in March 2020 bringing with her over 39 years of insurance and risk management experience. In her role, she consults with schools regarding their risks and has been instrumental in providing necessary resources to schools during the pandemic. Before joining CharterSAFE, she was the Claims and Insurance Manager for the Department of General Services with the State of California. In this capacity, she worked with various State departments providing risk consulting, contract review, and claims management of various self-insured programs.
