Sam Joo is the Vice President of Student and Community Services for Para Los Niños (PLN). As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I supports the development of goals and strategies to move PLN toward its vision of strong communities, powerful families, and excellent education. He leads a department consisting of seven directors, and 100+ employees, who work toward transforming communities, strengthening children and families, and supporting youth transitioning toward higher education and the workforce. Sam serves on the board of the Center for Nonprofit Management and is appointed Los Angeles County Public Social Services Commissioner.
