From Good to Great-A Transformational Leadership Journey

Learn about Springs' process of transforming its leadership team, strengthening school culture, increasing achievement, and creating a unified vision. This powerful process includes getting out of the comfort zone and into the learning zone, understanding leadership styles, breaking silos, and building a coaching culture. Springs' partnership with the Phoenix Performance Group helped us make the shifts in behavior, personal growth, and organizational change possible. However, many of the strategies learned could be applied without coaching support. The results of our focus are evident from school leadership to the classroom level.
