Jonathan Kaufman Jonathan Kaufman, Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies

Jonathan Kaufman is co-founder & Principal of Third Plateau, a social impact consulting firm. In this role, Jonathan collaborates with charter schools, CMOs, community nonprofits, philanthropists, and social entrepreneurs, helping them expand and deepen their impact. He specializes in board development, strategic planning, fundraising strategy, community engagement, and metrics and evaluation. Jonathan currently serves on the Board of Directors at Women's Empowerment and the Advisory Board at Improve Your Tomorrow, an organization helping young men of color get to and through college. Jonathan is an Education Pioneers alum and served for several years on the Bay Area Alumni Board.


Adam Miller Adam Miller, EdTec, Inc.

Adam has been active in the California charter movement for 15 years. He is currently a Senior Vice President at EdTec, a social enterprise that has been delivering the highest quality back office, consulting, and data services to charters since 2001. Prior to EdTec, Adam was the Chief Operating Officer for the California Charter Schools Association. He has presented on charter school operations, facilities, and finance at the California, Nevada, Texas, Washington, and National Charter School Conferences.
