Kristin Dietz Kristin Dietz, EdTec, Inc.

Kristin Dietz has been working with charter schools for over 24 years. She spent 10 years as an auditor of charter schools before moving on to become the first CFO of a charter management organization in Los Angeles. Kristin later founded and served as CEO of a high-quality back office organization in Los Angeles. In June 2014, her company merged with another back-office service provider that has been successfully serving charter schools since 2001. Kristin has supported dozens of charter schools serving thousands of students throughout California and is passionate about helping to drive success and sustainability for the organizations she serves.

Cindy Frantz Cindy Frantz, EdTec

Cindy works with charter school leaders and board members to ensure strong fiscal management by providing quality financial reporting, cash management, budget development, and forecasting, as well as strategic consulting and guidance. Prior to EdTec, Cindy’s background in philanthropy, including work at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, gave her a wide ranging view of education policy and organizational management that informs her work today. Cindy holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado.

The 25th annual conference will be held March 26–28, 2018 in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Convention Center.
