Important Dates/Deadlines for Speakers

| late November | Speakers notified of acceptance/decline |
| December 9 | Deadline to confirm sessions |
| December 9 | Deadline for any edits to session for program and signs |
| January 20 | Early deadline to register (private presenter registration link will be emailed with acceptance) |
| February 17 | Deadline for early discount on extra AV equipment through AV Concepts |
| February | Advance shipments of your presentation materials (if you are planning to ship them to the event) arrive with the Show Decorator; please plan to hand-carry materials to the event after deadline |
| February 20 | Deadline to update primary onsite contact person for presentation |
| February 27, 2 p.m. | Shipped materials can be picked up at the Creative Solutions counter at Registration, or hand-carried materials can be dropped off for delivery to your presentation room |
| February 27, 5 p.m. | Registration opens and Welcome Reception begins, Sacramento Convention Center |
