The 2012 California Charter Schools Conference will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center, Sacramento, California, February 27-March 1, 2012. The Exhibit Hall will be open February 28-29, 2012. Exhibit Hours are listed below.

Exhibitor Privileges top

California Charter Schools Conference 2012 booth rentals include the following:

  • 10' x 10' booth space
  • 1 draped 6-foot table
  • 2 chairs
  • One 5-amp electrical outlet
  • Wastebasket
  • Pipe railing, 8' high curtain backwall, and 3' high curtain side dividers
  • 7" x 44" identification sign listing company name and booth number
  • General security guard service
  • Daily aisle maintenance
  • 50-word descriptive listing in conference Program Guide
  • 50-word descriptive listing on website with a link to exhibiting company's website
  • 2 complimentary full-conference registrations per booth rented

The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, electrical supplies, carpet, individual booth cleaning, additional booth furnishings, tables, chairs, or any other special amenity or service ordered by the exhibitor. Such amenities and services may be ordered via the Exhibitor Manual, which will be available on our online Exhibitor Services Website beginning in December, 2011.

Payment & Booth Selection Policy top

Application for booth space can be made through our new online application, or complete the Exhibit Space Application/Contract. Booth selection will be allowed once full payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy top

Cancellation of any portion of the Exhibit Contract by the exhibitor will be accepted only at the discretion of the California Charter Schools Conference 2012 Exhibit Management and, in all cases, is subject to the following refund policies:

Cancellation Date Refund
On or before September 30, 2011 75% refund of cancelled booth space
Between October 1, 2011
and January 13, 2012
25% refund of cancelled booth space
After January 13, 2012 No refund

Notification of cancellation by exhibitor will only be considered official when submitted in writing to Exhibit Management and will be subject to the above policy based on date of receipt.

Installation, Opening, and Dismantling top

Display space will be available for set-up in the Sacramento Convention Center on Monday, February 27, Noon-6 p.m. The exhibit will officially open at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, and all exhibits shall remain in place until 2:30 p.m. on February 29. Return of crates and packing cases and dismantling of exhibits will commence at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 29.

Official Decorator and Drayage Contractor top

American Exposition Services (AES), (916) 925-3976, ext. 103, is the official decorator and drayage contractor for the exhibit. They will maintain a service desk in the exhibit hall during installation, exhibit hours, and dismantling. Cost information and forms for all services will be included in the Exhibitor Manual. For special requests not covered in the manual, exhibitors may contact American Exposition Services (AES) at the above telephone number.

Exhibitor Manual top

The California Charter Schools Conference 2012 Exhibitor Manual is now available online. This manual provides the necessary order forms for furniture rental, electrical supply, A/V requirements, labor and signage, as well as other pertinent materials required for successful exhibit participation.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration top

Register your booth staff through February 17, 2012. After this date, all registrations and updates must be done onsite.

Our host hotels for 2012 will be the Hyatt Regency and the Sheraton Grand, located next to the Sacramento Convention Center.
